The farmhouse has been renovated respecting the tradition (beams and terracotta floor are original) and divided into 4 rustic furnished apartments. Thanks to its position, Tocerano dominates the countryside in the green. Beautiful view up to Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, a picturesque medieval village on the border with Umbria, Marche and Tuscany. At guests' disposal: common garden and pool (10x20), tennis court, laundry room in community. Distances: San Sepolcro 20 km, Cortona 35 km, Gubbio, Perugia and Arezzo 45 km. In the same complex IUP288 and IUP289; IUP287, Villa La Pineta is 200m away.
