Breathtaking views abound in this corner 2-bedroom condo. Feel the breeze on your face as you watch the sun rise over the ocean with a front seat view from every window. This is what you think of when you think of going to the Beach - Beach Front.

If you are looking to get away from the noise on the boardwalk to the south and the crowds of the high-rises to the north, look no further, this is the perfect location. Midtown location means that it is close to everything and yet you can escape the crowds when you want. Just steps away from the lobby - sun, sand, and surf await you. Since there are no residences across the street from our condo, this section of the beach is normally one of the least crowded. Setup on your favorite beach spot in the morning and come and go up to the condo or pool as you wish.

Please note that we require a $300 refundable reservation/security deposit and someone 25 years or older stay at the unit for the duration of the trip.

The private balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise or the dolphins playing in the ocean. Sit back in the top-of-the-line Telescope Casual (Adirondack) lounge chairs, enjoy your favorite beverage, and soak in the sights and sounds of the ocean and beach. We have installed lighting on the balcony so you can continue to enjoy it after the sun goes down. The balcony ceiling fan keeps you cool, even on the hottest days. Wave to your friends or family on the beach and listen to the surf as you enjoy the best view of the beach that Ocean City has to offer.

The condo is comfortably equipped with central AC, premium HD cable, tons of movies, PlayStations, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Google Home and free Wi-Fi. Leave your linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and toys at home, they are stocked at the condo. The condo has 2 reserved parking spaces and has a roomy outdoor pool.

The large Master Bedroom has wall-to-wall windows overlooking the ocean, sliding glass door entrance to the balcony and a double window facing north with views of the beach and bay. It is easy to get to sleep in the comfy King Sized Tempur-Pedic bed with the sound of the surf and the cool ocean breeze. Talk to Google Home to turn on/off the ceiling fan. Enjoy your favorite show or movie with the 40" UHD (with upscaling) flat screen swivel mounted TV connected to a High Definition (HD) cable box (more than 250 channels) plus Netflix and a Blu-Ray player (connected to the Internet for Netflix and Pandora). Extra plush wall-to-wall carpeting was in both the bedroom and walk-in closet. A table fan and a floor fan are in the room.

The Master Bath is connected to the bedroom through a large walk-through closet which can be used as a changing room as well. The closet includes a folding breakfast (laptop) tray, blankets, and extra pillows. There is a linen closet in the master bedroom hallway with linens and towels at the condo that can be used by our Guests with the condition they they are washed and put back prior to check-out.

The 2nd bedroom has two double beds. The window overlooks the beach and the bay can be seen as well. The room has plush carpeting and a 42' HDTV LCD TV with cable, Blu-ray player (Internet connected for Netflix and Pandora), and a Play Station 3. The six foot long closet contains extra blankets, a fan, extra pillow, kid-friendly videos, and video games and controllers.

The private outdoor pool provides a refreshing alternative to the ocean. The pool deck has lounges and chairs and the pool has a roped off shallow end. A combination code (provided by the owner) is needed to access the pool. There is no lifeguard at the pool and children must be accompanied by an adult. There is an outdoor shower with a bench at the entrance to the pool to wash off sand prior to entering the pool. The pool hours are 10 AM to 8 PM and is open from Memorial Day through the second week of September.

There are two oversized assigned parking space for the condo. The spaces are large enough to accommodate as many as 3 mid-size vehicles. There is also on-street parking on a first come, first serve basis. From late October to early May, you are allowed to park in any reserved space. There is a bike rack in the covered parking area between Oceana I and II.

To help ensure that your stay is hassle free, we have contracted with a property management company to provide you with 24X7 emergency service as needed if something goes wrong, just a phone call away. You also are guaranteed a clean unit when you arrive (if the unit has not been cleaned to your satisfaction, a cleaning crew will be dispatched immediately to clean the unit to your satisfaction).

Combination lock entry to the unit means no more keys to keep up with and no chance of getting locked out. A Guest Handbook is given to each guest prior to arrival which describes the check-in process, information about the unit, and how to get help when needed.

There are plenty of places to go within walking distance from the condo. Across the street on the bayside is Ropewalk and Hooked, two of the finer seafood restaurants in Ocean City. In the morning, you can walk across the street and treat yourself to freshly made donuts at the Fractured Prune. Within a couple of blocks of the condo you can find many dining options, convenient stores, clothing stores, beach sundries store, hair salon, beer and wine store, and a gas station.

Ocean City offers entertainment and fun for a wide range of ages and interests. There are several attractions close to the condo, such as mini-golf and a escape rooms. Anything in town not within walking distance is easily accessible by the loop bus. Bus service for the boardwalk runs every 10 minutes (peak Summer hours) and the stop is directly across the street from the condo. A trip to the boardwalk will take approximately 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bus. When at the boardwalk, you’ll see two amusement parks, dozens of restaurants, mini-golf courses, the Ripley’s Believe it or Not Museum and morning biking. If you are looking for nightlife, Seacrets has consistently been named one of the best clubs in the county and is open day and night. Calmer attractions include rentable boat rides and water tours of areas around Ocean City. Farther away from the condo, but accessible by car, are 2 outlet malls; 1 in Ocean City and 1 in Delaware. The Ocean City area boast over 30 top-notch golf courses.

On the days where the weather is cloudy or you just feel like staying in, there are plenty of things to do inside the condo. In the living room, there is a 77' HDTV LCD TV mounted on the wall with a full-motion mount which allows the TV to tilt and swivel which is perfect for watching TV on the balcony or in the kitchen. Attached to the TV is an HDMI connected HD cable box (over 200 channels) with DVR to store your shows while you are on the beach. The Blu-Ray player is connected to the Internet which in addition to playing both Blu-Ray and standard DVDs, provides access to Netflix with thousands of free movies and shows and Pandora which is a free music service. The Play Station 2 in the living room is Internet connected, has a hard disk drive, memory cards, and wireless controllers.

There are over 140 DVDs to watch including many kid-friendly movies. There are over 50 books to read and lots of board games in the condo. Many of our guests really appreciate the free wireless available in the condo.

The table in dining area has seating for 6 and a ceiling fan/light above it. The table has a leaf in it that can be removed to make it a perfect game table for 4.

Our kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, spices, and dishware for most meals. There are many appliances, including a blender, hand mixer, juicer, rice steamer, electric knife, coffee grinder, can opener, and crock-pot. We love the four slot toaster with the bagel setting and a guillotine-style bagel slicer for making two perfectly toasted bagels. Many of the pots and pans are part of the Cuisinart collection and include 8” and 10” skillets, 1.5 and 2.5 quart sauce pans with covers, a 3 quart sauté pan with cover, and a 4 quart Dutch oven with cover. All of the Cuisinart cookware is non-stick, oven safe, and dishwasher safe. There is a spaghetti pot/steamer, a splatter guard, cutting boards, a rolling pin, a loaf pan, a strainer that fits the kitchen sink, a 15 and 19 quart crab steamer pot, a round cooking stone, broiler rack, cookie sheets, and baking pans.
