Wohlfühloase
Schönes, direkt an der Steilküste gelegenes Anwesen. Von einem sehr netten Verwalter- welcher auch den ein oder anderen Tip zur Umgebung parat hat- liebevoll gepflegte Aussenanlage, die wohl seinesgleichen sucht. Die angegebene Gartenbar ist leider nicht funktionsfähig, fällt aber nicht ins Gewicht, sollte nur bei der Objektbeschreibung entfernt werden. Gebäude und Ausstattung sind eher "retro", hier sollte mal nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem ist aber eine vollständige Ausstattung vorhanden

Toller Urlaub
Lage sehr abseits aber die Aussicht auf das Meer, direkt über der Steilküste einfach grandios. Super Garten mit toller Bepflanzung. Gebäude schon älter, hier müsste nachgebessert werden. Die Zufahrt zum Haus über 1,6km steile und enge Serpentinenstr In der Umkreis des Hauses, rd 5km mehrere sehr gute Restaurants.

-Wasserversorgung (warm u.kalt):wenn in d.anderen Wohnungen Wasser verbraucht wird, hat M.100 kaum oder wenig Wasser zur Verfügung. -Toilettenspülung mangelhaft: nur mit extra Wasser aus dem Eimer möglich!! -Schimmel u.schwarze Silikonfugen in Dusche -Badetür: abgesplittertes Furnier -Fensterrollo i.Schlafzimmer defekt -Küchengeräte:Pfanne unbrauchbar, 2 große Flammen vom Gasherd funktionieren nicht, Gasherd unsauber -Wegbeschreibung nicht erhalten
