Baabe is located on an isthmus in the biosphere reserve, a UNESCO protected zone for rare shore and beach vegetation. Due to its location, Baabe combines all landscape forms that occur on Rügen. There are deciduous and coniferous forests, the hilly Bodden landscape and, of course, the Baltic Sea coast.

This luxurious and fully equipped house has a living area of about 85 m², distributed over two levels and is furnished in the Scandinavian style. An idyll in every season.
