Charming, bright and sunny, this down-to-earth cottage is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH, just steps from the water. Enjoy the million dollar views and watch the dolphins play from your living room window! Outside, relax on your own private beach.

This is not a highly polished luxury property. Our style is more rustic and casual so you'll feel right at home. This cottage is one of 3 private units in a large house (it's a triplex).

Be enchanted with this island where there are no high rises, no traffic lights and no crowds. A two lane road runs the length of the island with pristine beaches on the west side and Lemon Bay on the east side. We are just steps from Stump Pass state park and wildlife sanctuary where you will discover a pristine, uninhabited shoreline.

Shops, restaurants and boat rentals within walking distance. Grocery shopping, more restaurants and golf courses all just a short drive away.

It is located right on the beach, beautiful view out the windows, really enjoyed our stay. Fairly quiet area, uncrowded beach, within walking distance to stump Pass park, close to restaurants. Owner was very nice and helpful. Cute place.

A real gem
A perfect location with nice accommodations. It was simple and peaceful. The view was incredible. We spent many hours watching the water and listening to the waves. We enjoyed walking to the park and along the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. The owners had an open line of communication if you needed anything. Everything was perfect.

Almost Paradise
Incredible house in stunning location. Beautifully appointed with quaint architecture. Literally steps to the sand and surf. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. Really no reason to cross the bridge. If you're looking for a refuge, this is it!

Why they chose this property

We bought this house in 2002 because we love the location on the beach. The state park is within walking distance and you can walk to restaurants, too. The whole area is relaxed and laid back. Best of all, you are surrounded by nature!

What makes this property unique

This house has 3 separate rental units. If you have more than one or two families, we can accommodate everyone! We're located in a great location right next to a state park with over one mile of uninhabited shoreline.
