Beautiful vacation home on a large lake property near Kvicksund in Södermanland. Here you live with a beautiful view of Lake Mälaren, Sweden's third largest lake. You share the property with the owner, who owns dogs. A private, view-protected headland and a private bathing jetty are included. You have access to a motor boat.

Right next door is the Askholmen nature reserve with oak slopes, meadows and hiking trails. The house has all amenities and 6 beds, one of which is in the living room. Large terrace overlooking the water, dining room with fireplace for pleasant evenings and an open, modern kitchen with wood stove.

For golf lovers there are three nearby golf courses, Torshälla GK, Sundbyvik GK and Mälarbadens GK, and the possibility of pay-and-play. Mälarbadens also has a sandy beach and playground. The nearest grocery store and restaurant can be found in Kvicksund, about a 15-minute drive away.
In the town of Eskilstuna you can visit the famous Rademacher forge, take a boat trip on the steamboat Gerda and visit the manor house of Karolinergården Lagersberg.
