Typical country house divided into 5 apartments and a barn, in hilly position south of Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. A particularly quiet area with a very interesting landscape. Beautiful and far-reaching views of the hills. Several beautiful and secluded panoramic roads will lead you to the interesting historical centers of Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi and the particular Clitunno springs. For your common use there are: a large green area with garden furniture and swimming pool. Ideal position for walks. A gravel path of about 500 meters leads to the house.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open June - end September.
