This characteristic vacation apartment is located in a small rural fortified country hamlet dating back to the Middle Ages, built on a Roman building and in a panoramic position overlooking a valley, about 10 km south of Todi. The apartment has a private garden equipped for moments of relaxation and outdoor dining, and only one side borders the neighbors. Guests have access to the communal outdoor area of about 3000 m² with pool (6x12) in a well-kept garden with deck chairs, chairs, tables and umbrellas. Covered parking space. The property is in an ideal position to visit the most beautiful towns of Umbria. Enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside all the way to Todi. A shared washer and dryer (both coin operated) are located in a lookout tower. The bed in one of the double rooms can be separated. Interior: (70 m²) mezzanine: living room and access to a furnished terrace and a private garden (60 m²), kitchen-dining room connected to the living room. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Situation: 3 km grocery, 10 km Todi (stores of all kinds), 33 km Orvieto, 37 km Spoleto, 45 km Perugia, 60 km Lago Trasimeno, 65 km Assisi.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open June - end September.

Pessima struttura
L’annuncio non era chiaro, di fianco alle finestre della casa passa una strada bianca e non era possibile tenere aperte le finestre per la polvere… questo non era affatto descritto! Inoltre la zona è infestata dalle zanzare e dai pappataci, anche a causa del giardino mal gestito (anche in confronto a quello delle altre vostre proprietà a fianco…) ma le zanzariere sono in pessime condizioni, rendendo difficile stare sia dentro che fuori casa. In generale la casa non è tenuta bene, piena com’è di oggetti inutili che si riempiono di polvere e insetti e non lasciano spazio alle cose degli ospiti… ad esempio uno scaffale conteneva una valigia vuota ovviamente non di nostra proprietà. Per questi motivi siamo scappati dopo 1 settimana, avendo prontamente avvisato delle nostre intenzioni già il giorno 11 via mail ma ad ora non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna risposta in merito a un rimborso o un risarcimento. In assenza di risposte mi avvarrò di adire altre vie.
