On a large lawn slightly below the apartments is a communal swimming pool. Beautiful location and view of the surrounding area. Two cribs and a high chair available (included in the price). Domestic help (on request and payable locally). Comfortable furnishings. Parking space. 3 km Castel Giorgio (grocery stores), 15 km Bolsena (stores of all kinds, small beaches) 16 km Civita di Bagnoregio ,18 km Orvieto, 30 km to famous Etruscan towns like Pitigliano or Valentano. Visit to Umbria
Location was great and resteraunt 2 km away and in town were great spots to eat. Cleanliness and organization of the property were below average for a VRBO property and tough to communicate with property manager. Keys didn’t work one bit and didn’t get access to laundry for 3 days and internet wasn’t available as stated. Pool was not cleaned or even mowed around so was accessible.

Calme et tranquillité
Le gîte est agréable (spacieux et literie très correcte), la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique et la piscine gigantesque (20mX5!). Seul bémol, l'équipement est assez sommaire, pas de parasol, de four et la machine à laver se trouve chez le propriétaire, qui est par ailleurs très gentil et discret.

Cette propriété a gardé le charme rustique d'une ancienne ferme. Elle bénéficie d'une belle piscine. Toutefois, à noter une absence d'électroménager dans la cuisine et autres petits détails qui pourraient améliorer le confort
