Here you will occupy a lovely vacation home, which is one of the two dependencies (See also IUP440) of a villa in the village of Ficulle. The area is quiet, green and suitable for pleasant walks. Extensive lawn on one side of the accommodation and equipped terrace. Both the owner's villa and the two annexes have a private equipped outdoor area. Ideal for a relaxing vacation or as a starting point to visit several beautiful places between Umbria and Lazio, such as Orvieto (25 km), Città della Pieve (30 km), the famous town of Civita di Bagnoregio (45 km), also known as ? dying city?, Bolsena (45 km) with its beautiful lake surrounded by a large and very interesting Etruscan area.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open : medio May-end Sept..

Traumhafte Lage, 1Zimmer Apartment perfekt für Paare, idyllisch gelegen, der Garten ist mit viel Zeit und Sorgfalt gepflegt, sehr nette Vermieterin die einen öfters mit Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Rundum gelungene Unterkunft.
