This characteristic barn has been completely renovated and divided into two apartments. It is located in the middle of the Tuscan hills between the provinces of Pisa and Florence. Beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Shared with the owner: large equipped lawn and swimming pool (8x16) on a plot of 15 hectares. Each apartment has its own outdoor area with garden equipment. Furnishings of medium comfort. Distances: Capannoli and Peccioli 8 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Pisa 40 km, Florence 65 km.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open May - end September.
