In a hilly position and only 7 km from Florence, a vacation in this accommodation will allow you to visit Florence and at the same time enjoy moments of tranquility while reading a good book by the pool. The charming city of Florence deserves attention! It offers many opportunities for interesting visits, culinary experiences, museums and concerts in June. Visit the world famous Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Vecchio, walk through Boboli Gardens and store in Via Tornabuoni. From this house you can reach the streetcar stop at Villa Costanza and then easily go to the center! And if you want to spend a nice afternoon with your children, stay at Cascine - Park, where interesting activities for the whole family are often organized. There is a horse riding farm just 500 meters away. The house is equipped with alarm system and safe. A high chair and a stroller are included. Ceiling height in the attic is between 1.60 m and 2.80 m. Access to the house via 400 m gravel road.

Environnement magnifique mais villa pas au niveau
L'environnement est magnifique mais la villa manque de confort (ex: électroménager ancien, pas de papier toilette àl'arrivée, l'une des douches ne fonctionnait pas....) et surtout de propreté (dentifrice et brosse à dents usagées des précédents locataires, bouteilles vides sous des meubles, poussière sous les lits....). D'autre part il est indiqué "propriétaires sur le terrain", ils sont en fait à l'étage inférieur de la maison (très discrets et avec leur propre entrée mais cela devrait être indiqué dans l'annonce). Il faut aussi savoir que le chemin pour accéder à leur habitation passe entre le terrasse et la piscine de la villa.

Tuscany is lovely
I doubt I would rent this property again , the area is beautiful but the owners have not put a lot of “ love” i to the property they rent , is okay to stay but could have made the lovely house so much better if they invested a little more thought into the guests staying there and not just the money they pay , was not very clean so we had to “ renovate “ first to feel comfortable, no toilet paper or welcome pack after 10 hour drive was irritating as after cleaning first stop was supermarket to buy essentials , pool was not cleaned the entire week so lovely on first day but not as attractive at end of week full of leaves and dead insects but countryside makes the location very attractive
