The house is ideal for romantic vacations, during which you can discover the interesting places of central Tuscany, which can be easily reached by car from here. Arezzo is only 12 km away; Florence, Perugia and Siena can be reached within an hour's drive. Nice terrace with barbecue and private garden with meadow, olive trees and small forest. A small typical restaurant can be found 4 km away. No drinking water in the accommodation.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.

Gemütliches Häuschen
Es ist ein sehr schönes und gemütlich eingerichtetes kleines Haus in gepflegtem Zustand mit Blick auf einen Olivenhain. Für deutsche Urlauber steht eine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Und auch sonst war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu empfehlen.
