Together guests have a large garden plot with pool and play area and barbecue. Washing machine for a fee, crib and cooking service on request. Ideal for walks and bike rides in the surrounding woods and for excursions to Arezzo, Perugia, Siena and Lake Trasimeno. Unpaved access, unsuitable for sports cars. See also ITA286-ITA291.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
