This vacation home is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the rocky coast that extends to the natural reserve 'Riserva dello Zingaro', where you can take very nice walks in the unspoiled nature. Only about 2 km away is the tourist town of San Vito Lo Capo. Air conditioning in the living area and in one of the bedrooms. San Vito Lo Capo is one of the largest climbing areas in southern Italy. The great walls of Monte Monaco and Monte Cofano have always attracted climbers from all over Europe, thanks to their beautiful cliffs equipped for sport climbing.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 13.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.

Unhöflich, dreckig, verwahrlost
Empfingen die Wohnung genau so wie sie vorherige Gäste verlassen hatte > schmutzig, dreckig, Haare und Dreck im Badezimmer/Klo, fleckige Bettbezüge, Geschirr und Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt. Einfach ekelhaft und die Reaktion der Vermittlung unverfroren > Besitzer scheins im Ausland - Vermittler sind zwar für Organisation und Reinigung zuständig aber in der Realität kassieren sie nur die Zusatzkosten und lassen das ansonsten schön gelegenen (in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung - kein Wunder bei der Pflege) Anwesen einfach verdrecken. Très bel endroit, mais rafraîchissement nécessaire.
La maison est conforme à la description et aux photos. Idéalement située entre la ville (2km) et la réserve naturelle, la terrasse avec vue sur la baie, la végétation luxuriante et l'accès à la baignade permettent un séjour calme et reposant. Un rafraîchissement est cependant indispensable car les ans s'accumulent : moustiquaires percées et bloquées, ventilateurs capricieux, chaises longues très fatiguées et coin douche d'un autre âge. A ce prix ce n'est plus acceptable. Nous recommandons cette location.

endroit magique
La maison est très sympa le jardin magnifique la vue est à tomber par terre ,seule l'agence locale laisse à désirer .Nous avons demandé qu'ils nous obtiennent internet qui était en panne rien à faire ,dommage.
