It is very unusual to find a cottage for four people as spacious and well equipped as this one. The garden is mainly lawn and has a large patio area and a covered area with a refrigerator for drinks. The pretty village of Beaullieu is about 2.5 km away. The very popular fishing and swimming lakes Lacs de Haute Charente are about 35 km away, as well as the adventure pool near Angoulême. Enjoy day trips to the ?Futuroscope? and the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean at Royan and La Palmyre. NB: The bathroom on the first floor and the room with the washing machine can only be reached from the outside.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
