Beautiful, attractively furnished vacation home in hilly location near the small village of S. Giovanni a Piro. The location of the vacation home in the countryside amidst pastures is wonderful, as from the house you can enjoy a fantastic view of both the sea and the surrounding woods and meadows. The beautiful pool invites you for a relaxing swim after a day at one of the beaches in the vicinity, and in the spacious outdoor areas with panoramic views you can end your day in peace. The two floors of the house are connected only by an external staircase. Nearby cow pastures. The cottage is located in the charming area of Cilento, in the Campania region, in the south of Italy, between Paestum in the north, Sapri (13 km away) in the south and the Diano Valley in the east, with about 100 km of coastline, mountains and 200 small villages, most of them medieval.In 1991, significant parts of the area were declared a National Park (Cilento National Park and Vallo di Diano) and in 1998 UNESCO World Heritage of Humanity.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.

Cadre très agréable et apaisant. La maison offre le confort nécessaire avec de l'espace, les extérieurs sont au calme dans un très jolie cadre, vu sur mer, montagne sans oublier le confort de la nature. Les commerçants étaient vraiment très serviables et agréables. Nous vous recommandons ce lieu de vacances où il y a énormément de lieu a découvrir à proximité. Si vous aimez le calme et la proximité avec la nature, ce lieu est pour vous.

Fantastische locatie en omgeving - zowel bergdorpjes als strand binnen 10 minuten bereikbaar. Het huis zelf achterhaald, inrichting uit jaren zeventig. Wel schoon. En het zwembad was uitstekend!

Ottima posizione, gli esterni con giardino e piscina ottimi ma all'interno la villa lascia a desiderare, impianto elettrico pericoloso, zanzariere da sostituire, uno dei bagni da ristrutturare. Grosso inconveniente con il gregge di fianco alla villa con pastori invadenti.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachenenen im Haus, 12 Personen passen gut in das Anwesen. Es besteht aus 2 Eigenen Wohnbereichen ! beide mit Küchen und Essbereichen. Angenehme Übergaben. Keine Mücken !! Nähe zum sehr schönen Hafen von Scario, dort sehr schöne Flanier- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Haus liegt direkt an einer kleinen Dorfstraße, ist aber komplett geschützt vor Einsicht, kaum PKW-Verkehr, hat überhaupt nicht gestört. Sehr schöne Region, sehr gute Lage. ***
