This vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a typical house in Valle d'Aosta with a total of two units. The apartment on the upper floor is occasionally occupied by the owner. The house is located in the mountains of Valle d'Aosta, at 1250 meters above sea level, and is ideally situated for beautiful excursions on the many hiking trails in the area. Across the street from the house is a terrace equipped with a parasol from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the town of Aosta and the surrounding mountains. Above the old castle of the village of Sarre is the "Roof of Sarre", a vertical rock face, one of the most difficult climbing walls, very popular among climbers. The town of Cogne is 22 km away and offers more than 70 km of ski slopes. About 12 km away is Aosta, where you can admire numerous monuments of Roman origin and visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. In the restaurants and trattorias you can taste the local delicacies of the rich culinary tradition of these areas. Parking on the side street in front of the house.

Goede prijs/kwaliteit en magnifiek uitzicht
De vakantie woning is basic en zou enige opfrissen kunnen gebruiken. De omgeving is zeer rustig en mooi. Goed om te wandelen. Het terras aan de overkant van de straat is geweldig en heeft van 's morgens tot 's avonds een prachtig uitzicht.

La casa è veramente carina e spaziosa, in un ottima posizione per le escursioni vicina ad Aosta. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e ci ha accolto all'arrivo insieme al figlio che ci ha fornito un sacco di indicazioni per escursioni e passeggiate,eravamo limitati in quanto abbiamo due bambini piccoli,ma siamo comunque riusciti a fare un sacco di gite. L'unica nota negativa che mi ha lasciato un po' l amaro in bocca è stato che la casa non è fornita di lenzuola e asciugamani,o meglio sono a pagamento e questo sinceramente non mi sembra giusto e non vi sono nemmeno le cose principali per lavare i piatti o la carta igienica per esempio e il check in non trovo giusto che sia dopo le 17 ma il check out entro le 10 perché cosi alla fine si perde un giorno intero che però io ho pagato. Noi giriamo tanto e siamo già stati in tante casa in affitto ma una cosa così non ci era mai capitata.
