Wunderbare Ferientage!
Wunderschöne, geräumige Wohnung, die mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit einfach wunderbar. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bietet an, den Weg zum Haus zu zeigen. Wir waren ihm dankbar für diesen Lotsendienst. ευχαριστούμ!

Erholung pur!
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich ca. 25km südlich von Kalamta. Das Haus ist oberhalb des Meers. Der Weg zum Haus ist recht steil, aber mit unserem Fiat Panda sind wir ohne Probleme hingekommen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Es ist ein Doppelhaus mit jeweils 2 Wohnungen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Sie ist klimatisiert und hat auch eine Heizung. Die Küche ist klein aber funktionell. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle... Das Bad verfügt über ein Fenster. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Alle Fenster haben Moskitonetze, was sehr hilfreich ist. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich eine kleine Bucht (ca. 5min zu Fuß), mit kristallklarem Wasser, wo man schwimmen gehen kann. Der nächste größere Strand ist ca. 2km entfernt. Zum nächsten Mini-Markt sind es auch ca. 2km und zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt ca. 10km. Die untere Wohnung gehört dem Vermieter, der ab und zu mal vorbei schaut. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten optimal entspannen!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf Kalamata
Die Ferienwohnung ist lichtdurchflutet. Der Hauptbalkon hat ab ca 10:30 h Sonne. Es gibt aber eine Beschattung. Im Herbst alles perfekt so. Das Internet ist recht langsam. Für uns war das aber kein Problem, da wir nicht gestreamt haben und auch nicht auf VPN zugreifen mussten.

Beter dan op de foto!
De info over deze acc. Was niet zo duidelijk. Het betrof het boven app. De eigenaars betrekken in het weekend de benedenwoning. Er is een groot terras rondom . Met een mooie tuin op verschillende niveaus . De kamer is veel groter dan de foto’s suggereren . Het was heel prettig dat de eigenaar ons ophaalde vanaf een parkeerterrein aan een uitvalsweg in Kalamata. Het laatste stukje weg dat omhoog loopt is erg oneffen . Met scherpe bochten . Prijs kwaliteit goed. Eigenaar erg prettig.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Sie ist hell, geräumig und sauber. Am meisten haben wir die Terrasse mit einem 180º Meerblick genossen. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und bietet verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass wir morgens in der Sonne frühstücken konnten und abends den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer genießen konnten. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
