Beautiful vacation home with panoramic view of the water and large, beautiful terrace. The house contains everything you need for a perfect vacation. In the long, bright summer evenings you will be delighted with the terrace. Here you have a beautiful beach and beautiful nature at your disposal. Good fishing along the coast, beautiful beach and close to Kolding, where there is plenty to do. Grønninghoved is a large cottage area with views of the Little Belt. The nature is beautiful and contains forests and meadows and with the beach is an ideal vacation destination for families with children. You live here 10 km southeast of Kolding. Here you can experience many beautiful things. In a few minutes by car you can reach Kolding. The shopping center, the pedestrian zone and the nice alleys let you enjoy your shopping. You can also visit Koldinghus Castle. Grønninghoved beach has often been awarded as Denmark's most child-friendly beach.

Tolle Lage und Objekt
Leider war die Schlüsselübergabe erst ab 15 Uhr möglich, was insgesamt aber trotz des Babys nicht weiter schlimm war, da das Wetter gut mitspielte. Ein wenig mehr Flexibilität (hatten vorher telefonisch angefragt) wäre trotzdem schön gewesen 😊 Ärgerlich hingegen war die Tatsache, dass wir bei der Ankunft / Schlüsselübergabe mündlich eine Endreinigung hinzugebucht hatten und uns auch zugesagt wurde, dass die Kosten per Endabrechnung erfolgen würde. Die gestern erhaltene Abrechnung per E-Mail enthielt dies jedoch nicht. Erst ein nachträglicher Anruf konnte hier zu einer Klärung führen. Wie wir erfahren haben, hatte der Vermieter jedoch schon Bilder angefertigt und das Haus bei Novasol als unsauber reklamiert. Da dies in negativer Hinsicht auf uns (unverschuldet) zurückfällt, ist dies nicht sehr positiv und ärgerlich. Eine neue Rechnung soll folgen und selbstverständlich werden die Endreinigung dann mit überweisen. Das sehr lichtdurchlässige Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit diversen nützlichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genossen. Die vorhandene Terrasse ist ein Traum und lädt zum Draußen sitzen ein. Bedauerlicherweise funktionierte der vorhandene Gasgrill nicht. Evtl. könnte die Gasflasche leer gewesen sein. Ein wenig schade, dass dies vorab nicht geprüft wurde. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön und der Meeresblick aufs Wasser ist eine Augenweide. Die drei Strandabschnitte und die Umgebung sind wunderbar ruhig und können fußläufig problemlos erkundet werden. Der Strandpavillon liegt nicht weit entfernt lädt zum Verweilen ein.
