This property is located directly on the newly opened golf course Terrazas de La Torre with huge clubhouse and restaurant and fantastic flair around it. The ground level apartment appeals with its modern furnishings and huge terrace, from which you have a fantastic panoramic view of the golf course and the entire gated, guarded complex. There is a supermarket on the premises, which is also open on Sundays. The nearest town is about 20 km away. Air conditioning is available at an extra charge and is operated by a card system. The first card is free and all others can be purchased from the key holder on site.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests.

Très mauvaise expérience. Hôte très désagréable, accueil plus que décevant. Tout est en supplément, serviette, linge de lit, climatisation (recharge nécessaire). Ne répond pas aux messages WhatsApp ni aux appels. Nous avons dû passer par Novasol. Chaises en mauvais état, très peu de verres ... cuisine mal équipée, appareils difficiles à utiliser (plaque de cuisson). Piscine pleine. Seuls points forts : sécurité, place de parking, une supérette dans la résidence.

Fijn appartement op begane grond, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruim terras en dicht bij het zwembad.
Prima vakantie woning. Net, ruim opgezet vakantie park. (Huur)auto is raadzaam, want het terrein ligt wat afgelegen. Beveiliging is goed en reed bij aankomst voor ons uit om ons appartement aan te wijzen, vriendelijk. Het appartement heeft alle voorzieningen qua huishoud apparatuur, heel prettig! Mooi ruim terras met ligbedden. De service/schoonmaakkosten vond ik vrij duur.

Resort lovely - basic apartment
Apartment very clean, but when travelling with children and if the weather is horrible thenot television is an.option. the apartment had no British TV channels and also doesn't omega with WIFI
