PLEASE READ ENTIRELY BEFORE CONTACTING ME: 1600 sf 2nd floor condo in totally renovated building, located in the heart of the Boardwalk area. Hardwood throughout entry, living, dining, and kitchen areas; newly carpeted hallway & bedrooms; ceramic tile floors in baths. Full size W/D in hallway laundry closet. Fully equipped kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counter tops, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, & side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Island w/ 4 bar stools; game table w/2 chairs; dining table w/6 chairs. Master BR has King bed, one BR has (2) twin beds, and two BR's have Queen beds. There are two twin air mattresses for extra guests. Large private 400 sf front porch plus rear covered deck. One block from downtown, 2 blocks to grocery store, and 4 blocks to beach & boardwalk. Ideal rental if you have someone with difficulty climbing stairs or use a wheelchair, as there is an elevator which opens directly into the unit. (NOTE: we DO NOT rent for Senior Wk/Spring Break/Prom Weekend/etc.)

UNIT AMENITIES: 6 beach tags and 6 beach chairs are provided (children under 12 do not need beach passes).

Bachelorette weekend 2017
After having previous reservations cancelled at the last moment and having to find a place ASAP, Keith and Homeaway were quick to respond and extremely helpful in securing a place in less then a week. The house was beautiful and well maintained , extremely easy to access with 3 ways to enter the home, it even has an elevator that lets you directly into the condo. The front porch was great for us to hang out on without being cramped ,the open living room and kitchen/dining area had enough space for everyone to sit , eat and talk without the feeling of being separated from anyone and we had 10 people in our group! Never once did we feel that we we on top of each other.The kitchen had everything we needed and Keith also provides free coffee for the Keurig. And with 10 females taking showers in the 2 large bathrooms we never ran out of hot water. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and far enough away from the living area that I never heard the others when I went to bed before them. He even has sleep machines in each room, which was great for me since i forgot mine and provides 2 air mattress. The condo is close to shopping and only a few blocks to the beach, Atlantic City is only about 25 minutes away. All in All I have no complaints about our stay, only that we had to leave! Wonderful home, Wonderful owner
The home is exactly as pictured, very cozy, clean and well kept. The owner, Keith, was wonderful. He was willing to accommodate our large group on a short notice. He was very helpful and patient! I will definitely return. Next time I'll bring my family and leave the business at home! Great home! Thanks again Keith!

Spacious, comfortable, well outfitted
This is our fifth year renting this condo and the one above it and both look as beautiful as the first time we rented. The owners have updated and maintained the condos very well. They are immaculately clean and the kitchens are well outfitted with new appliances. We especially appreciate the large outdoor porch for family dinners, or for stretching out on the lounge to read and relax. Keith responds immediately to any questions or concerns. The elevator is a terrific asset. The location is also handy, as the beach, boardwalk, grocery store, bakery, and fun shops are only a few blocks away. We have had 5 wonderful family reunions here and hope to have more.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, nicely appointed
