Wir kommen wieder
Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Straße, aber Nachts ist es ruhig und tagsüber ist man eh meistens nicht da. Es hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage ist ideal. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand ,zu Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und völlig unkompliziert. So verlief auch die Schlüsselübergabe. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht , es ist sehr sauber und geschlafen haben wir ausgezeichnet in den Betten. Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Sommerurlaub 2020 in Italien
die Ferienwohnung hat ihren besonderen Charme duch die hellen freundlichen Farben im Küchen-/Wohnbereich. Es ist besonders angenehm durch viele Bäume und Beschattung, die das Haus kühl halten und als Hundebesitzer schätzen wir den eingezäunten großzügigen Garten. Die Wege zum Einkaufen/ Strand und Cafe`s sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schöne Wohnung
Positiv: Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Garten ist etwas ungepflegt. Zum Strand/Meer sind es nur ca. 300m. Der Sandstrand ist sehr schön. Mehrere Restaurants und zwei kleinere Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Entfernung (200-500m). Negativ: Leider liegt sie an einer (auch Nachts) vielbefahrenen Straße. Es gab sehr viele Mücken und leider keine Mückengitter vor den Fenstern. Das Etagenbett im Kinderzimmer quietschte bei jeder Bewegung der Kinder.

Eine schöne und funktional seh...
Eine schöne und funktional sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Zentrale Lage in San Lorenzo al Mare und nur ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt. Reisetipps: Der in San Lorenzo beginnende 24 km lange Radweg, auf einer ehemaligen Bahnlinie, direkt am Meer entlang, bis über San Remo hinaus, ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Rumoroso e vecchio
Le foto sono vecchie. Attualmente la proprietà è da aggiornare con un rinnovo o almeno una revisione generale mobili, aperture ante.... Forno inutilizzabile, microonde mancante. Atrezzatura giardino obsuleta da sostituire, inoltre il terreno mal tenuto. La casa è situata adiacente al una strada molto trafficata, quindi i possibile usufruire del giardino. Nota positiva, spiagge belle e vicine.
