Above Ville San Sebastiano, 2.5 km from the centre of Ville San Pietro, 21 km from the centre of Imperia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: bicycles available. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 16 km, sandy beach "Imperia Borgo Marina" 22 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The owner lives on the same property.

Alles bestens
Sehr netter Vermieter; alles sehr sauber und wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Die Zufahrt ab Imperia ist sehr gut. Wir kennen auch ganz andere Wege in Ligurien und waren sehr froh, dass die Straße bis Ville San Sebastiano gut ausgebaut, breit und ruhig zum Fahren ist. Unbedingt anschauen: Die bestens erhaltene, wohl noch funktionstüchtige historische Ölmühle, die sich direkt im Ferienhaus im Untergeschoss befindet.

Verborgenenes Juwel
Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter. Putzmittel aller Art sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Der Pool und der Garten ist wunderschön. Blick ins Tal ist ein Traum. Vom Haus weg führt direkt ein schöner Spazierweg. Unding Olivenöl kaufen, das ist der Hammer. Das einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass es in San pietro weder Lebensmittelladen noch ein Bar gibt.

Schönes Anwesen in der Natur
Leicht zu erreichen für ligurische Verhältnisse, sehr schön mit Hund, da man auf die eine Seite gleich im Wald und den Olivenhainen ist, sehr netter Besitzer, schönes Haus, war alles sehr gut. Der Swimmingpool war leider schon kalt im Oktober, dass war ein bisschen schade und das Internet funktioniert nicht sehr gut im Haus, aber sonst alles gut. Vielen Dank für alles! Unbedingt Pizza essen in Borgomaro im Il Leggo ;)

Mooi basis uitval.locatie voor Ligurie
Mooi verblijf. Je hebt privacy en een.mooie. patio en zwembad tot.je beschikking Bij aankomst in het dorp staat de locatie bijzonder slecht aangegeven ( ergens na 400m in de straat moet je uiteindelijk zijn )De ontvangst was hartelijk maar de.gastheer is niet erg communicatief. Huisje is een oude verbouwde olijfpers molen van 200 jaar oud. Keuken prima er ontbreekt een zitje waar je lekker op. Kunt zitten. Douche is erg matig en hoogstens lauw. Na zelf.puzzelen bleek de oplossing om voor het douchen de verwarming goed open te zetten. Voila heet water. Mei is blijkbaar de maand van de wandsen. Deze insecten zaten door het hele huisje. De nasmaak voor ons was de gasafrekening waarbij de eigenaar maar liefst 5 euro per m3 rekende. ( gem prijs ligt op .60 cent ) dus flink afgezet !

Entspannung pur!
Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wenn das Wetter mal schlecht sein sollte, ist das Haus für 5 Personen sehr eng. Tipp: Unbedingt in Borgomaro Pizza essen!
