Attention parking !
Appartement très bien équipé, emplacement idéal en plein centre de Deauville. La place de parking en sous-sol est peu profonde et se situe juste après l'entrée. Ayant une berline la voiture dépassait d'un bon mètre au risque de la retrouver enfoncée et de plus elle gênait la circulation des autres véhicules. Parking adapté pour petite voiture.

Le nouveau canapé ainsi que leurs fauteuils sont inconfortables. Le lit armoire réduit l’espace de vie de l’ensemble salle à manger-salon-cuisine. Dommage
