Charming cottage apartment close to the beach

The Beach Berry is an adorable, quiet, cozy, getaway for two adults. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. The Beach Berry welcomes small adult dogs. It is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the town square and The Pier. There's a personal patio surrounded by a fenced in backyard for your furry friend if you are traveling with your pet. You can sit and relax or cook a nice meal on the grill. It has a washer/ dryer in the basement for your convenience. I tried to think of every amenity to make one's stay comfortable and enjoyable including literature, cableTV and WiFi , and a fully equipped kitchen. Linens and towels are included. Beach chairs and a beach dolley are also available for your use.

Perfect getaway!
We spent 1 full week at this rental and it exceeded all of our expectations. The location was a perfect distance to the beach as well as the pier which made things very easy to get to. The hosts were always available when we had questions to be answered and also very helpful when it came to places that we should consider visiting during our stay. The house itself was cozy and very well equipped in terms of the basic needs a beach house requires. We brought our puppy for his first vacation and he was welcomed by the hosts and loved having a fenced backyard to stretch his legs in for the week. Overall, a great experience at this rental and we would recommend this house to anyone planning to visit Old Orchard Beach.

Lovely Cottage -- Lovely Hosts!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Berry -- a home away from home and so welcoming to our dog! A short walk to the beach each day and evening provided good exercise amidst otherwise very relaxing and comfortable downtime! Beautiful attended to yard with lovely flowers!

A perfect spot for two plus dog
This cozy accessory dwelling has just enough space for two adults and a canine companion. The bedroom was spacious and the compact living area had everything we needed. Whether we were making art projects, streaming a show from the laptop we brought along, or making a meal, this space accommodated us nicely. Very short 5 minute walk to the ocean, short drives to other beaches, an easy walk to the pier or to mini golf. The fenced in yard and patio were just right for a lobster dinner. The stairs to the bedroom and the basement are steep, and the bathroom and shower are tight, would not recommend for someone with low mobility.

Perfect beach town rental
The Beach Berry was clean and neat and very much as described and pictured. It offered easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and entertainment. Crystal was easily available for any questions, and was full of great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment cozy. We were very happy to have stayed there.

I grew up in Old Orchard and graduated in 1965. I taught grades 2-5 over a span of 36 years in Maine and in CT. I bought the family home in 1984.My mom lived in the apt next door until her death. I rented the apt until 2008. It was then I decided to renovate and decorate the apartment now named The Beach Berry to become a summer rental. What a good idea! I have met so many wonderful folks from Canada and all over the USA.
