Haus Sonnenschein: modern house, 5 minutes walk from the beach

Our Haus Sonnenschein is a friendly furnished holiday home which our guests like to book again and again due to its quiet location.
The house has a living space of approx. 85m², divided into three levels and can accommodate up to 4 people.
On the ground floor there is a large, friendly living room with a seating and dining area, a complete kitchenette, storage room, guest toilet and direct access to the sheltered sun terrace.
On the first floor there are two brightly decorated bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower.

All rooms have laminate or tiled floors.
We look forward to welcoming you as our guests to the Haus Sonnenschein.

Eine schöne, saubere Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub mit unseren Kindern (7 und 9 Jahre alt) gemacht. Es war toll, der Strand und das Schwimmbad ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben im Haus Sonnenschein unseren zweiwöchigen Sommerurlaub als Familie verbracht. Das Haus war sauber, die kleine Terasse wurde viel und gerne genutzt. Die Lage am Ende einer Spielstraße ermöglichte es, auf unseren Spaziergängen die Kinder auch mal ein Stück vorauslaufen zu lassen, ein Spielplatz in der Nähe war ebenfalls sehr beliebt. Positiv hervor zu haben ist auch der nette Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Diese war sehr hilfsbereit und reagierte auf eine kurzfristige Anfrage von uns sehr flexibel und schnell. Kinder zufrieden, Eltern erholt - was will man mehr. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
