Private Villa on Siesta Key. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bath freestanding Villa including attached garage with your own washer/dryer. 3 HD Flat screen cable TV's, 2 DVD players, Free High Speed Wi-Fi, 400 count linens, King size bed in Master, Twin beds in Guest Bedroom & Queen Sleeper Sofa. Villa 12 is located within steps to the heated pool and a short 100 steps to the Private Beach. Beach chairs, lounges, and towels are provided as well as beach toys for the children. Enjoy cooking dinner on the grille after watching the beautiful sunset over the Gulf of Mexico on your furnished private brick patio.

Once you visit Siesta Key it is easy to understand how the baby powder, sugary white sand of Crescent Beach has been acclaimed as one of the most beautiful in the world. This four-mile beach of pure white sand runs gently into the Gulf with a mild surf, making it ideal for safe swimming, walking, jogging, or just sitting back and enjoying the view in the lounge chair.

The location on the beach is very convenient. Easy walking to the grocery store, drug store, souvenirs, clothing shops, fine and casual restaurants. The "point of rocks" is also an easy walk. This unusual beach area has the best shells and if you time the tide just right, it is like your own private marine land with starfish, sea urchins, etc. Siesta Key Village is a short drive or long walk and also has its own unique shopping and restaurants. Rental equipment (bikes, canoes, kayaks, boats, jet skis etc.) are conveniently available.

Great Villa
This villa is awesome. It’s Spacious & well appointed throughout. The master bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. Both bedrooms are spacious & the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen is very nice, plenty of dishes & cookware. Very close the pool, It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you want front row, you have to get out there by 7-715am to reserve your loungers. Umbrellas are $20. I will definitely come back!!!

Great vacation
We were not aware that the property would be so crowded, but since it was Spring Break time it was very crowded both in the pool and more so on the beach. We were under the impression that we had a private beach for residents of Crescent Arms only but noticed that there were MANY people from across the street using the beach as well

Perfect beach getaway
This was our second time staying at this villa. Lots of space to spread out. The complex now provides beach chairs free of charge. Umbrella can be rented for a reasonable free. These are then set up for you which is very nice. If you want front row beach views guest do line up at the beach entrance at 7am to get in line to get prime beach seating so plan accordingly. The villa was very clean and provided most everything to make your stay easy. If you have space in your luggage I would stick in a few ziplocs, trashbags and laundry soap. There are beach towels for your use as well as a some beach items. Perfect place for our family to enjoy a relaxing beach get away. Will definitely be back!

My family has owned several properties on Siesta Key over the years. I grew up taking family vacations and spending summers on Siesta key that hold many fond memories for me. The Villa is unique in that it is like owning your own private home on the beach. It is also the largest Villa on the Crescent Arms property with its own private patio with a brand new grill.

Why they chose this property

My family travelled the beaches of Florida their entire lives and never found a nicer, more relaxing location than Siesta Key.

What makes this property unique

The proximity to the beach is the key to Crescent Arms, there is no place closer to the water and more quiet and relaxing.
