Our group and seminar house "Bleibe" is a completely refurbished half-timbered house from 1812, exposed original ceiling beams, special atmosphere, open fireplace, the latest kitchen equipment with kitchen island, large dining area with projector and the possibility to hold seminars. Adjoining terrace with dining tables and barbecue. 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 guest toilets,
small sauna in the house and small outdoor pool (closed in frost) l

Another large living room area with panoramic windows to the garden.
Large garage for the safe storage of motorcycles and mountain bikes / bicycles

Bed linen and towels can be hired on site at a price of € 9 per person or you can bring your own.

Since the house is located in the middle of the village, it is not suitable for loud parties, as the night's rest must be observed from 10 p.m.

The property can be rented as a film location and photo location.

Very nice place
It was nic! Check-in was fine, got a good explanation. House is clean and the surroundings are beautiful. The village is small and peacefull. Winterberg and snow pistes are easily accessible and close by. Thank you!

Das Haus war genau so, wie beschrieben. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort perfekt. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen, was wir im übrigen schon getan haben.

Wir haben mit vier Generationen ein Wochenende in der „bleibe“ verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr netter Empfang mit toller Einweisung, sehr viel Liebe zum Detail in allen Zimmern, perfekt eingerichtete Küche, wo nichts gefehlt hat, viel Platz für jedes Alter, es hat rund um alles gepasst.
