Comfortable 3 bedroom, living room, patio!


Our lovingly furnished apartment has 3 centrally-accessible bedrooms with double beds and a large living room with Wohnlanschaft with bed function (160x200) and thus offers space for max. 8 people.

In modern, fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy prepared meals: dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, etc.

In the bathroom you can find double sink, towels, washing machine, detergent, hair dryer, soap ...

When you return in the evening from the beach (200m away), you can relax in front of the large flat screen TV with satellite, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, really good.

You may also smoke, but please only on the balcony.

Things for daily use are in the immediate vicinity: supermarket, tobacco shop, post office, pharmacy, small market with daily fresh fruits and vegetables.

Nevertheless, all apartment is very quiet and surrounded with lots of greenery.
Parking spot you can get free at the front.

Urlaub so wie die Einwohner von Rijeka wohnen...
Marija, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bis zum Wasser sind es auch Luftlinie keine 200m, aber trotzdem sind die nähesten Strände in Laufnähe. Rijeka ist prima, es gibt einiges an Geschichte zu entdecken, man kann gut Essen gehen und in der Stadt/ am Hafen bummeln. Zur Innenstadt braucht man allerdings schon den Bus oder das Auto. Wir haben einige schöne Ausflüge unternommen, von Istrien bis die Küste etwas herunter und einmal ein Boot geliehen....wunderbar ist das Schnorcheln im tollen Wasser Kroatiens! Das waren unsere schönen Eindrücke des Urlaubs.

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo appartamento una sola notte, ma ci siamo trovati benissimo. Eravamo 4 adulti siamo stati molto comodi, la casa pulita e accogliente, la proprietaria molto gentilmente visto che non parlava italiano e noi niente inglese la mattina successiva per la riconsegna delle chiavi ci ha mandato un amica sua che parlava la nostra lingua. Molto buona la posizione non lontana dal mare e in zona tranquilla. Esperienza da rifare sicuramente.

Comfortable apartment in a family neighborhood
Nice 3 bedroom apartment. Very close to the beautiful little towns of the coast. We had a car, so it was very easy for us to drive up the coast. There is really nothing in the actual neighborhood to see or do, so you will need a car if staying here. We were also here in October, so missed what I imagine is a very busy tourist season. The kitchen is very small, although they do have a table with 8 chairs at it but it would be a very intense squeeze to have 8 people in the kitchen. I would say this apartment could comfortably fit 6 people, but I believe the couch might open into a bed so you could have more people here if you don't mind sharing a small space. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The apartment was pretty clean, and had a nice terrace.

Sommerurlaub 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder
Wir haben zwei super schöne Wochen in Rijeka verbracht. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben mehr Komfort vorgefunden als wie wir angenommen hatten. Die Vermieterin hatte an alles gedacht. Von Toilettenartikeln über Küchenutensilien bis hin zum leckeren Obstteller. Selbst unsere frühe Abreise (in der Nacht) war kein Problem. Obststand und Supermarkt direkt über die Straße. Strand Plodine in ca. 2 km (zu Fuß) war schön schattig. Es gibt auch einen der näher dran ist ... aber uns gefiel dieser besser. Mit Toilette und Imbissbude...um die Ecke das Schwimmbad Kantrida... Außenbereich komplett mit zu nutzen....kostenfrei. Wir werden Kroatien im nächsten Jahr wieder besuchen !!!
