Single-family house "Majoli (ROJ304)", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Rapanji 2.5 km from the centre of Svetvinčenat, 20 km from the centre of Rovinj, 20 km from the sea. Private: property 2'300 m2 with trees, swimming pool (above ground) angular (6 x 2 m, 16 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 27.May. - 23.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, pebble beach 20 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Wir bekamen Abschiedsgeschenke, sehr schön. Alles top: Vermieter und Familie absolut gastfreundlich, lieb, nett. Es muss nichts verbessert werden, alles war vorhanden. Top Urlaub für uns. Wir bekamen regelmäßig Obst/Gemüse aus Garten. Reisetipps: JS Markt Svetvincenat super zum Einkaufen. Pizzeria Grimari top. Medullin, Porec, Rovinj, Pula, Karmenyak, Vrsar unbedingt besehen! EC-Automat, Post, Fleischer alles da! Super!

Das Haus war sauber,gut einger...
Das Haus war sauber,gut eingerichtet,es ist alles vorhanden,was man braucht. Das abgeschlossene Grundstück ist nur ca.500 m2 groß, der Rest ist offen. Wer den Charme der 70er Jahre kennt ,wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Es gibt Kleinigkeiten, die den Urlaub subjektiv getrübt haben: Im Bad fehlt ein Duschvorhang: dafür läuft das Warmwasser nur tröfchenweise. Da unter den Matratzen keine Lattenroste verlegt sind sondern Sperrholzplatten, liegt man zwar gut im Bett, aber bei jedem Rumdrehen knarzt und kracht das Bettgestell, deshalb empfehle ich Ohrstöpsel mit zu nehmen. WLAN ist leider im und ums Haus nicht verfügbar. Hier stimmt die Beschreibung im Prospekt nicht. Über Sat–TV deutsche Radiosender verfügbar. In Svetvincenat tägl. 2 Std. freies WLAN im Ort verfügbar.In jedem Restaurant, Pizzeria etc. gibt es auf Anfrage das WLAN Passwort. Jeden Mittwoch erscheint der Vermieter, um sich um den Swimmingpool und den Müll zu kümmern. Samstags bringt er die Bettwäsche für die neue Woche. Er spricht auch ein wenig deutsch. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemäkeln. Vor allem ist es sehr ruhig in der Umgebung. Man hört außer den Naturgeräuschen und ein bißchen Hundegebell nur ab und zu einen Traktor auf dem Feld. Reisetipps: In Svetvincenat kann ich die Trattoria Castello empfehlen. Der Koch spricht gut deutsch, da er früher einige Jahre in Deutschland gearbeitet hat. Essen ist super, Preis–Leistungsverhältnis ebenso. Die Pizzeria Palace ist auch zu empfehlen, allerdings arbeitet man dort mit viel Olivenöl:wer das nichtmag, bitte vorher Bescheid geben. In Vodnjan ist das Vodnjanka sehr gut. 200 m weiter gibt es einen Konzum Supermarkt und Tankstelle. In Pula und Rovinj gibt es Filialen von Lidl, Konzum und dm. In Bale kann ich das Kamene Prize(Restaurant und Jazz–Lounge) sehr empfehlen. In allen Restaurants wurde deutsch gesprochen. Ansonsten ist englisch auch weit verbreitet. Die Auswahl an Restaurants in Pula und Rovinj ist sehr groß. Man kann sich aber an einigen Reiseführern(z.B. Merian,ADAC etc.) orientieren. Schlechte Erfahrungen haben wir nirgends gemacht. Die Strände bei Pula und Rovinj sind gut zu erreichen. Es gibt auch einige Strände,wo Hunde erlaubt sind. Die muss man allerdings suchen, da nicht alle Strände ausgeschildert sind.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ...
Die Unterkunft liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, nur ein Nachbar gegenüber und einer rechts, hinter dem Haus ein großes Gelände, was sich besonders mit dem Hund gut eignet. Ein Spielplatz steht auf dem Gelände zur Verfügung. Der Pool war im Oktober leider schon weg. Leider war durch Baulärm vom Hausbau in der Gegend die morgendliche Ruhe etwas gestört. Aber sehr schick und einfach eingerichtet– alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Auto ist jedoch dringend erforderlich, da es schon abgelegen ist. Reisetipps: Da die Unterkunft sehr mittig liegt, sind Ausflüge in alle Richtungen in Istrien möglich. Empfehlenswert das Castel in Svenicenat (5 km), Schiffstour und Stadtleben plus Amphitheater in Pula (23 km), Rovigny mit Strandpromenade und schicker Kirche (25 km), Basilika in Porec (35 km) und naturnahe Buchten und Strände im Kamanjak– Nationalpark (43 km). Zu beachten: im Oktober sind viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten schon geschlossen, dafür hat man aber an Stränden seine Ruhe.

Es war alles vorhanden! Man braucht nur gute Laune mitnehmen. Es war wirklich alles da. Die Eigentümer sind super nett. Reisetipps: Winfach traumhaft!!!

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Ruime schone vakantiewoning, die wel wat gedateerd is. Fijne omheinde tuin waarin we zelf aardbeien, kersen en sla mochten plukken, helaas konden we vanwege het slechte weer het zwembad niet gebruiken. Ligging is centraal in Istrië en rustig in een klein dorpje. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar en zijn gezin. Helaas was de wifi niet aanwezig, na 5 dagen was dit alsnog geregeld. We konden de eigenaar altijd bellen als er iets was en hij kwam regelmatig langs voor onderhoud van het zwembad. Minpunt waren de bedden: dunne matrassen en daaronder houten planken.
