Gepflegter Zustand von Wohnung...
Gepflegter Zustand von Wohnung und Gebäude.Vorhande Küchenausstattung in gutem Zustand, teilweise fehlten aber Gegenstände z.B. Schneidbretter oder Deckel für Töpfe/Pfannen.Pkw–Zufahrt und Stellplätze waren leider in schlechtem Zustand, da durch Baumwurzeln sehr uneben, man musste sehr vorsichtig sein, um mit dem Fahrzeug nicht aufzusetzen.In der Summe aller Punkte aber empfehlenswert. Reisetipps: Rosolina Mare bietet eine gute Kombination aus Strandurlaub mit touristischer Infrastruktur (Strand, Restaurants, Veranstaltungen), Stadtbesichtigungen (z.B. Chioggia, Venedig) und ruhiger Umgebung z.B. Ausflüge in die Lagunenlandschaft.Bei den Strandbesuchen waren wir am "freien" Strand am nördlichen Ortsrand. Hier mussten keine Sonnenschirme und Liegen gebucht werden, wir konnen unsere eigene Ausrüstung mitnehmen, die Mitnahme unseres Hundes war hier auch möglich.Wir würden diesen Ort gerne wieder besuchen, dann allerdings außerhalb der Hochsaison (Mai bzw. September). Zu dieser Zeit wird der Ortnicht so voll sein und die Temperaturen sind für Ausflüge in die Umgebung erträglicher. Dies war jetzt aber nicht möglich, da wir wegen unserer Tochter (15 Jahre) auf die Schulferien beschränkt sind.
