Rundherum hervorragend!
Wenn man es etwas ruhiger haben möchte, ist man hier genau richtig. Phantastische Lage, gut durchdachte moderne Ausstattung, ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen, wunderschöner Innenpool, rundherum gibts nichts was fehlt. Sogar das Bäckerauto kommt jeden früh vorbei und bringt frische Ware.

Apartament wspaniały. Czysty i spełniający wszystkie funkcje. Doskonale wyposażony. Piękny widok z balkonu na jezioro i góry. Basen czyszczony dwa razy w tygodniu kompleksowym robotem poza tym na bieżąco przez właścicieli, plus dodatkowy za natrysk przy basenie. Prędkość internetu bez zarzuty co ważne jak ktoś podróżuje z dziećmi :) Na pewno tam wrócimy. Obsługa interhome przemiła i pomocna.

Čisté , krásné, moderně zařízené ubytování v klidné lokalitě, dům stojí 20m od pláže s minimem turistů. Majitelé jsou velmi vstřícní, bydlí v přízemí, ale o jejich přítomnosti prakticky vůbec nevíte, ráno a večer pouze provedou údržbu bazénu a okolí domu. Veškeré vybavení objektu je možné využívat bez jakéhokoliv omezení v denní či noční hodinu, jediným požadavkem je dodržení nočního klidu.Obchod 3km,v 9hod přijíždí až k domu pekař, bar 50m od domu, restaurace v Gornji Karin Pizzeria Pizzicato.

Unmögliche Vermieter/Verwalter!
Zunächst das Positive: Die Lage zum Meer ist Top, nur ein paar Schritte über die Straße und man ist an einem kleinen Strandabschnitt mit recht feinem Kies. Die Wohnung ist klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber inkl. Spül- und Waschmaschine ordentlich ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist wunderbar mit Blick auf's Meer. Leider ist von dem wenigen Schrankplatz schon die Hälfte belegt, so haben wir halb aus dem Koffer gelebt. Nach einer Wäsche mit der Waschmaschine war die weiße Wäsche grau, was zu Hause zum Glück wieder raus ging. Die Vermieter, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen machen den an sich positiven Eindruck zunichte. Während des ganzen Aufenthalts wurden wir nur angesprochen, wenn es etwas zu meckern gab. Deutsch und Englisch sind Fehlanzeige, obwohl im Inserat beworben. Obwohl wir bei jeder Begegnung auf kroatisch - tageszeitlich angepasst - gegrüßt haben, bekamen wir nie eine Antwort. Am ersten Morgen um halb neun klingelt es an der Tür und ich werde auf kroatisch vom Vermieter vollgetextet, ich verstehe aber erst als er mit wütendem Gesicht auf die Außenbeleuchtung zeigt, was er meint. Die brannte wohl die ganze Nacht und wir haben es nicht gemerkt. Er zeigt mir zum Abschied einen Vogel und geht. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Wir haben am Abend vorher als es dunkel wurde, einige Schalter drinnen ausprobiert. Einer hatte keine offensichtliche Wirkung, aber das war wohl das Außenlicht. Andere Vermieter hätten freundlich darauf hingewiesen. Die Klimaanlagennutzung wird peinlichst kontrolliert und man bekommt wieder Besuch wenn ihm etwas nicht passt. Wir ließen sie laufen, als wir das Frühstück beendet hatten und es im Innern etwas Kühler haben wollten. Kurz öffneten wir die Tür, um die Reste des Frühstücks rein zu räumen und saßen noch kurz auf dem Balkon. Schon klingelt es an der Tür. Die Tochter des Hauses, die gut englisch spricht. Sie weist darauf hin, dass wir bitte die Türen geschlossen halten sollen, wenn wir die Klimaanlage nutzen, was ja auch vernünftig ist. Kaum geht sie wieder brüllt er unten im Garten etwas und geht soweit zurück, dass er unsere Balkontür sehen kann, die in dem Moment offen stand, denn ich musste ja hindurch, um nach dem Klingeln die Tür zu öffnen! Ähnliche Gelegenheiten folgten. Abreisetag: Die Dame des Hauses und hielt uns um 10:10Uhr ein Handy unter die Nase, auf dem auf deutsch stand, dass wir die Wohnung um 10 Uhr räumen müssen. Die Hälfte des Gepäcks stand schon draußen, wir waren fast fertig. Nie wieder!
