In the district of Vesta 8 km from the centre of Idro, 55 km from the centre of Desenzano del Garda, 63 km from the centre of Brescia, along the wooded area, 50 m from the lake. For shared use: property with trees, parking at the house. Shop 5 km, pebble beach 50 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.
3-room bungalow 65 m2, on the ground floor. Simple furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace, garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Es war wieder wunderschön in Vesta. Beste Lage, super Wohnung und unkomplizierte Verwaltung.

Es sollte mal wieder was gemacht werden
Die Lage das Hauses ist absolut top, großer Garten, See ca. 80m ... ABER das Haus ist geschätzt aus den 70er Jahren und seitdem ist da gefühlt auch nichts mehr gemacht worden. Duschen war nicht möglich (extrem klein = für einen normalen Mann schon zu eng und nur mit einem sehr "unangenehmen" Vorhang, der die dann nochmals verkleinert) - die Schränken wollte wir auch nicht verwenden. Machte unterm Strich einen extrem abgelebten Eindruck. Aber wenn man nur (!!) da schlafen will dann ist es aufgrund der guten Lage ok. (und wenn einem es nicht stört, dass von Freitag bis Sonntag von Ruhe keine Spur ist - da sind dann die ganzen italienschen Häuschenbesitzer rundherum da, und dann ist es einfach ganztägig wegen Gartenarbeiten etc. sehr laut)

Schön - mit kleinen Schwächen
Die Villa Penita ist gut geeignet als Ausgangsbasis für viele Unternehmen. Mit drei oder vier Personen wird der Platz auch nicht knapp, mit fünf Personen möchte ich mir den Aufenthalt aber nicht vorstellen. Die sanitären Anlagen sind etwas aus der Zeit geraten. Was wirklich stört, das ist die Hellhörigkeit, auch die Nähe zur Nachbaranlage. Es ist wie auf dem Campingplatz, nur dass man jedes Geräusch der Nachbarn noch intensiver wahrnimmt.

Beatiful place at Lago d'Idro
Vesta is a beautiful and comfortable place at Lago d'Idro, in peaceful nature, the best for relax but also some sport activities (vie ferrate, walking, etc.). A calm location.
