Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, café 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 350 m. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Gastgeberin war super nett. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen gut, für 5-6 Personen etwas eng. Die Vermieterin sind sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung geht nach hinten raus mitBlick auf einen Hang. Sie ist mit dem aller notwendigsten eingerichtet! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig e...
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig etwas oberhalb von Sölden, die Talstation der Gaislachkogelbahn ist mit Auto in 5 min erreichbar (kostenloses Parken), das Ortszentrum zu Fuß mit Schrägaufzug in ca. 10 min (9 – 18 Uhr, sonst dauert es mit ca. 100 Hm Auf–/Abstieg etwas länger). Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Die Geräteausstattung in der Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut (Ceranfeld, Umluftherd, gute Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, gute Spülmaschine, ...), Geschirr ist für 4 Personen ausreichend vorhanden.Das Katalogbild lässt eine Alleinlage des Hauses vermuten, ist aber entweder veraltet oder geschickt aufgenommen. Die nächsten Häuser stehen seitlich keine 50 m entfernt, die gegenüberliegende Straßenseite ist ebenfalls komplett bebaut.Die Panoramafenster gehen nach hinten auf den Hang hinaus, der Panorama ist also "sehr begrenzt".Das Mobiliar ist etwas abgewohnt, aber in Ordnung. Ein paar Bilder o.Ä. an den Wänden würden die Wohnung behaglicher machen. Auch die Beleuchtung könnte besser sein, Lesen im Wohnraum ist abends nahezu unmöglich, das Fernsehprogramm eingeschränkt.Im Gegensatz zu anderen FeWos gibt es keine Grundausstattung an Lappen, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier ...! Reisetipps: Guter Ausgangspunkt für Bergtouren in den westlichen Stubaier und den Ötztaler Alpen.

Verblijf was prima maar graag ...
Verblijf was prima maar graag een recentere foto plaatsen van het huis. Inmiddels is deze omringt door meerdere woningen. Hierop hebben wij onze keuze ook bepaald. Beetje jammer.
