Cap Cana Beachfront Penthouse, One of a Kind Marina & Ocean Front Location

This penthouse is a part of the newest and most luxurious resort in the Caribbean located on the eastern most point of the Dominican Republic. The breathtaking view of our turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea underlined by pure white sand beaches that stretch for miles and just steps away from your penthouse. Our particular unit also enjoys views of the world class marina that attracts yachts from around the world. Our penthouse is isolated without neighbors and so it is extremely quiet and tranquil as it is a corner unit on the top floor. Perfect for relaxation!

Elegantly decorated in tropical pastels and very comfortable. The penthouse has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms a master suite with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. Plus, there is a loft to watch TV with 2 sofas. Our fully equipped kitchen could please any weekend chef. Our home has three TV's with a 42 inch flat screen television in our loft and speakers for you musical enjoyment. There is central air conditioning throughout the condo and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Made and cook service available.

There are a couple fine restaurants in the marina area just a few steps away Maralia Api Beach Bar and a Pizzeria Suprano.

A Beautiful Spot!
We enjoyed a week in Cap Cana. The condo was in a great location with a fabulous view. It was well equipped with plenty of room for the 4 of us. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean, at the pool and at the beach. If you are looking for a place to just relax, this is a great spot. Nicole was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She was very responsive, answering questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. She also recommended various restaurants, grocery stores and things to do, as well as organized a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

An amazing property with a fantastic host!
Our family had an amazing time in Cap Cana. We have been to Punta Cana many times, but this area has topped our list. This rental is perfect, you simply can't beat the view from the patio! Our hostess Nicole was amazing. She provided us with everything we needed and more. She provided great suggestions for dining and outings and was always available to chat when needed. The pictures do not do this rental justice. It was much bigger than expected and so nicely decorated. It is very well equipped. We highly recommend a car rental so you can tour around the area. We plan to come back as soon as we can. This rental is a gem!

Private paradise
We absolutely loved our stay at Nicole’s oceanfront condo. The condo was super spacious and the community was so quiet and peaceful. The views are breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the patio Morning and night, and stayed on the beach all day. There was a restaurant and bar and walking distance of the condo as well as a huge, beautiful private pool. We had the pleasure of meeting some of our neighbors at the pool and they were so kind and delightful, even befriended my little 3 1/2 year-old. This was our first day in Cana and I really appreciated the safety and security of staying in the gated community. I felt completely safe, taking my son for a walk in the mornings by myself around the marina and really anywhere. We ended up renting a car to take my parents to church and Higuey and also made a few trips to Bávaro (where we normally stay) To see friends. It was nice having a car to get out a few times and see some action, but nothing can beat The privacy and security of staying in Cap Cana! You can rent a golf cart to drive around, but it’s also only four dollars for a cab to get anywhere in cap Cana. Nicole’s place is in a perfect spot because you can walk to the beach restaurant and all of the other restaurants that we knew of would require a golf cart or a car to get to And are more inland. Nicole was super responsive to anything we needed, but there wasn’t much we needed because her place was in perfect condition and had everything we needed for our stay!

I fell in love with the DR, Punta Cana & Cap Cana and of all the places in Cap Cana I chose our penthouse in Aquamarina because it has the best location with the best ocean view on one side and a beautiful marina sunset on the other side.

The marina is the heart of Cap Cana and it is the largest Inland Marina in the carebbean, this 500+ slip marina will accommodate 150+ ft yachts.

It has stylish boutiques and colorful restaurants surrounding its watery avenues.

Golf at Cap Cana the best cores in the Caribbean, with a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course called 'Punta Espada' is second to none on par with the likes of 'Teeth of the Dog'. A more than 7,000 yard par 72 course of which eight holes play directly on the Caribbean sea, stunning views & 3 miles of white-sand beaches. Punta Espada, a former PGA tour course, can challenge players of the highest levels.
