Our apartment is located near the center of Hohegeiß in the Harz Mountains. We have created a comfortable and high-quality apartment here. We have furnished our apartment with great attention to detail. Our apartment, which was completely renovated and redesigned in spring 2014, is spacious. Ideal for a vacation with 2 to 4 people. Only a few steps from the center of Hohegeiß and yet it is absolutely quiet, with a view of the Harz mountains.
Hiking trails, the spa park, forest, cross-country trails, ski and toboggan lifts are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. , Braunlage with its skiing and hiking area on Wurmberg is about a 12-minute drive away. A modern snowmaking system was inaugurated in Braunlage in winter 2013/2014 and thus has the most modern ski area in northern Germany. The snow-making system ensures that skiing fun is not neglected, even when there is little snow. Braunlage also has the steepest (60%) downhill slope north of the Alps. Thanks to its altitude, it is also one of the snow-reliable places in the Harz.
But mountain bikers and hikers can also enjoy themselves in almost every season.
In summer, heated forest swimming pools in Hohegeiß and in the surrounding area invite you to swim in the small water rates. Indoor pools in Benneckenstein and Braunlage can cheer up rainy days.
