Very well furnished child-friendly non-smoking apartment, approx. 48 sqm. Suitable for up to two adults and two children. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac a few minutes' walk from the spa center 'Cliner Quelle' and the town center. Two to three free bikes per apartment are available.
All floors are covered with tiles, cork or laminate
° Bright, friendly living room with sofa, dining area, closet; Patio door (sliding door) to the large covered south-facing balcony (the roof keeps wind and. Weather from) with garden furniture,
° Sheep room with double bed separated from the living room by a half-open room divider. SAT TV (66 cm flat screen), DVD, radio with CD and board games. Info folder for activities on site and advice on the apartment ..
° Separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee and pad machine, egg cooker, toaster, etc,
° Separate (Ki). Bedroom with 2 single beds, high chair and toys, built-in high child's bed. Another travel cot (or conventional cot) can be set up.
All beds are allergy-friendly. Oversize bedding.

Perfekte Ausstattung
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem recht zentral. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es war alles sauber. Wir waren mit unserem 2 jährigen Sohn dort. Für ihn waren sogar Spielsachen vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Tolle Lage, zuviele Hinweise
Die Wohnung war sehr nah am Museumshafen und dem Strand Harlesiel. Beides ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist klein, die Möbel sind einfach gehalten und würden immer sehr pfleglich behandelt. Die Mühe alles in Ordnung für die Gäste zu halten zeigte sich auch in Verwendung der vielen Hinweis-Aufkleber in der ganzen Wohnung. Leider fühlte man sich hier als Erwachsener leicht entmündigt. Jedoch ist es ja auch nicht ersichtlich, ob diese Vielzahl der Hinweise nötig waren bei einigen Feriengästen. Das Kinderzimmer ist mit einigen Spielzeugen ausgestattet. Der Balkon lud sehr zum verweilen.

Sehr schön mit kleinen Abzügen
Wohnung sauber, alles da was man braucht, im Kinderzimmer gibt es sogar Spielzeug und Bücher, für 4 Personen (2 Erw., 2 Kinder) etwas eng aber für eine Woche machbar. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig, besonders wenn in der Wohnung drüber geduscht wird, Klogänge.... In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden, dafür aber auf dem Balkon. Dies war für uns als Nichraucher sehr störend, da der Rauch direkt in die Wohnung zieht oder man die Asche auf dem Teller hat, da der Balkonfussboden große Lücken hat. Aber das ist ja nur so wenn Raucher da sind. Vermieterin antwortet bei Fragen etc. sehr schnell und freundlich. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.
