About this property

Detached property with panoramic views of the Luberon Natural Park

The apartment is located directly face to the fortified village of Gignac, 300 m away.
It offers a magnificent view and is wonderfully embedded in nature.
The former farmstead from the 17th Century lies on a 2 ha forest and meadow land in the Parc Naturel du Luberon. A few minutes walk away is the fantastic Colorado Provencal of Gignac with its picturesque ocher mountains between pine, pine and holm oaks.
Via the terraced garden you enter the combined living room and bedroom with a comfortable double bed. This area merges doorlessly into the kitchen. A sleeping alcove is separated from it. Behind it is a bathroom, toilet, bidet and a washing machine. The rooms have underfloor heating, convection heating (gas central). Size 54 m2. Suitable for up to 4 people. The gravel terrace is their second living room and has sufficient garden furniture and a grill. In the warm season, you can enjoy the shady fig trees between lavender, rosemary, sage and thyme in our garden. The view sweeps endlessly over the hills and valleys of the changeable provinces and the nearby village Gignac.
A festival of colors and smells can be experienced here directly!

Every Saturday the popular market in APT offers an incomparable flair for all the senses. In this city of Roman origin, which has a population of 11,300, you will find everything that makes your vacation enjoyable: from the “Côte du Luberon” to the boule ball, the coffee roasting house and the cathedral.
Galleries, museums, music and theater festivals offer a unique variety of programs from April to October.
