All the amenities of home provided in a fully furnished house with full kitchen and appliances. Nice backyard with patio, private backyard, and palm trees to promote a relaxed atmosphere. A large open concept living room and dining room includes a baby grand piano, couch and 2 chairs. The front bedroom provides 2 single beds and the back bedroom has a daybed with an additional pull out full size single trundle bed. There is a living room sofa and folding cot in the back bedroom for additional sleeping options. The bathroom has a combination shower and bathtub. The utility room has a stacked washer and dryer. It has a large size eat in kitchen stocked with all basic appliances and cookware. There is an additional dining room table. The carport in front provides covered parking for one car and additional parking for other vehicles. Many extra homelike amenities are offered like detergent, paper goods, and beach equipment.
