Located on 120 private acres in the northern Catskills, this three-bedroom/2.5-bath chalet provides a wonderful retreat from the fast pace of everyday life! With all its amenities, and its spectacular views, the chalet offers a year-round getaway.
Hunting, hiking, fishing, cross-country skiing, bird-watching, paddle boating, and snowmobiling are just some of the activities available. The chalet is located in beautiful Schoharie County making it a short driving distance of Cooperstown, Howe Caverns, and Albany.

Mountain chalet
Wonderful host and home. Plenty big enough for our family to stay while having a weekend wedding in the area. The home is a bit more dated than the pictures show but it still was nice. The roads are a bit rough but the views from the chalet and the wrap around porch make up for that! Would stay again!

Perfect location
Was looking for a place to unwind with family and the space and the surroundings certainly delivered. Host was very courteous and accommodating. Chalet layout and decor overall was very charming and fit the surroundings but could use some upgrades especially with both bathrooms and living room furniture but I’ll leave it at that, otherwise nice space and really spectacular location. Best part for me was waking up on the loft bedroom and waking up to those views! You won’t regret booking!

Weekend Stay
The cabin was nice and had everything that our group needed. Stocked towels and linens. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the setting on the mountain, really beautiful. We would have preferred the check in and check out process to be a little quicker, but Kevin was responsive via text message prior to our arrival which was nice. Overall, very cute cabin and a great location!

The chalet
If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the spot. A daily trip to the pond will cleans the soul. Would definitely stay at “the chalet” again if I were headed to that area.
