Nice, quiet and private
We really enjoyed our 5+ week stay at Val Vista. Unfortunately the lap pool was down a lot of the time (things happen). We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back here. Nice community. We weren't aware that there is a flight of stairs you have to take getting in and out of the house, so if you're mobile impaired, be aware. Nice accomodations. Was a home away from home (a step up from our home, which makes it doubly nice).

Great stay
The unit was perfect for my son and I, bathroom each, huge and comfortable beds. Air con was a treat. Was a really nice spot to come home to with the weather being so hot outside. Will definitely use again

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and located in a great neighborhood. Condo was completely stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Carter was a great manager! We would rent this place again.

Enjoyable stay!
It was a great set up ... the 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths ... long hallway, good sized kitchen and open plan living room. Very comfortable, especially the king size bed in the master! We'll definitely stay there again if we go back to Phoenix!
