This "all-suite" beachfront resort, just north of St. Petersburg Beach, is situated directly on the powder white sands overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Walking distance to John's Pass Village with retail shops, restaurants and bars. Very comfortable residence, 5 storeys. In the centre of Treasure Island, at the seaside, on the beach. For shared use: swimming pool heated (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, garden furniture. In the house: reception, bar, bistro, internet access, fitness room, hot tub, lift. Towel change 3 times per week. House maid weekly (included). Newspaper delivery. Parking. Unterkunft direkt am Meer
Diese Wohnung ist in einem Appart-Hotel direkt am Meer. Die Nähe ist super und der Sonnenuntergang am Abend war herrlich. Der Hotel eigene Pool war für die Kinder genial und sie haben es genossen. Die Wohnung war zweckmässig eingerichtet (amerikanischer Stil) und es hatte alles was notwendig war inkl. Waschmaschine. Handtuchwechsel fand sogar alle 2 Tage statt. Wir waren 5 Nächte da und es hat alles gepasst.

Many issues, quality of furniture etc poor
To whom it may Concern: As my family and I arrived on Friday the first thing we noticed was our view, I searched long and hard to find a nice Gulf view that wasn't blocked and out by other condos, parking lots, etc.... which is why I chose the property I did (I added a pic of that view).... unfortunately ours looks at condos and parking lots but if u sit sideways on the rusted, dangerous patio chairs u see it. (also sending pic with the giant pieces of rusted metal all over balcony floor, not good when u have a 4 year old, who wouldn't be keen on a tetanus shot)!! Immediately my husband went down to sort this out, he showed the pic of what we were shown we were getting and was told basically u got a Gulf view, deal with it.....in the meant time every piece of furniture has stains on it, that is just disgusting! I've taken pics of that Also I've had to wash our sheets as we were never offered clean ones, I was disgusted again to see giant black stains and tare on mattress cover with various other stains, all the pillows are stained under cases one pillow looks brown an 10 years old! Also took pics of that and all of the MOLD in the washer, not a little but a lot!!! My bathtub drain gets stuck down so we can't drain the water, no counter space in bathroom and I can't put anything under counter because that is where u store used toilet brush cleaners! My bedroom side light worked one night and won't turn back on, ceiling fans are so dirty, and closet to pantry is broken and will not stay on trek so basically useless....we were given towels twice, so I had to wash towels, second time they did not take dirty ones, never gave us any trash bags, had to go find some. I have never been somewhere I've felt like the bait and switch happened but that is exactly what I feel like.... every condo I've ever stayed in before has not had issues like this, I expect some things to be imperfect and I've never complained before but this place truthfully frustrated the heck out of us, we saved up for this vacation and feel are money was wasted. Another thing I'd verified was free internet ! It's awful here, my iPhone and my husbands have been on LTE all week, I don't even want to know my overage fees, my little one couldn't use his iPad at all! When we called the desk, they said to turn off devices and try again.... we explained we'd already done all that and entered code just not getting any decent internet connection, basically we were told can't do anything....

girls get away
Our stay was great. We enjoyed the location and the condo was clean. The only problem was the refrigerator did not get cold enough. We where not informed of the construction being done on the pool.

Perfect!
This property a great place to stay!!! It had everything you need including a great view. We were on the 6th floor and could see the beautiful ocean and swimming pool. It was very clean n well maintained. We had no problems at all. Since we didn't go away from property, I really can't tell you what is near buy. It was just a great place to relax and get away from it all. I would recommend this place to anyone
