Child friendly, very beautiful villa "Casale dei tigli", renovated, surrounded by trees. In the hamlet San Feliciano, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 1 km from the lake. Private: park (fenced), flowers and trees, swimming pool (6 x 10 m, depth 130 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 05.May. - 01.Oct.). Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Cook on request. Pre-arrival grocery service. Airport transfer (extra). Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Polvese 4 km, Perugia 25 km, Cortona 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Trasimeno 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. The tap water has no drinking water quality. Pool towels are available on request at a cost of €5,00 extra per person. Please note that the firewood can be purchased in the area nearby at an extra cost. The use of the house and the surrounding is max for 10 people, daily and night.

Kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Terrace furniture, sitting area. Marvellous view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors.

Wunderschöner Garten, perfekt für den Hund
Das Grundstück wurde einst sehr ambitioniert angelegt, große Linden spenden Schatten. Leider wurde an der Erhaltung und Modernisierung der Einrichtung gespart. Defekte Anlagen (u.a. Sprungbrett am Pool) wurden nicht ersetzt. Der Belag auf dem Tennisplatz ist verschlissen. Ärgerlich waren die Matratzen, die besonders bei den Einzelbetten kleiner waren als das Bettgestell. Mücken waren eine Plage, aber sie waren nicht stechwütig.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub
Das alte Haus bezaubert vom ersten Moment an. Die Patina lässt erahnen, dass die „goldenen Jahre“ des Anwesend vielleicht schon zurück liegen - aber grade das macht den besonderen Reiz aus. Die technischen Einrichtungen funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Das WLAN bockt gelegentlich, aber die Netzabdeckung ist hervorragend, so dass man problemlos auf seinen Hotspot switchen kann. Besonders herzlich war die Betreuung vor Ort - jederzeit fand man Hilfe und Antworten auf Fragen.

Großes Ferienhaus mit ein paar Mängeln
Leider hatte das Badezimmer in der Erdgeschosswohnung, welches wir hatten, ein massives Lüftungsproblem und zwei Wochen durchgestunken. Es wurde schon lange nichts mehr in eine Renovierung gesteckt wurde. Für eine ältere Poolliege musste ich noch ungerechtfertigter weise zusätzlich 40 Euro für einen Schaden bezahlen und von der Kaution abgezogen. Der Nachbar hatte Hunde, welche im Freien im Zwinger waren und zum Teil Tag und Nacht durchbellten - leider war trotz der abgelegenen Lage kaum Ruhe.
