Zustand Ferienwohnung
Die Lage und die Aussicht sind perfekt. Die Wohnung hat genug Platz für 4 Personen. Mehr als die Hälfte der Möbel sind alt und verbraucht (Küche, Bad, teils Wohnzimmer, Couch) Da man aber die ganze Zeit am Strand ist, ist es auszuhalten. Das Bad muss dringend renoviert werden.

Dans l'ensemble satisfait de notre séjour, l'appartement est bien situé, l'accès facile et proche des commerces. L'interrieur de l'appartement es assez bien équipé, bien que vieillissant surtout la cuisine et la salle de bain qui mériteraient une petite rénovation, la loggia fait un peu oublier le reste.

L'endroit est bien situé, la véranda est spacieuse et éclairée. Cependant, un soucis au niveau du ménage en général ; comme le frigo, canapé housse protection taché d'urine, table sale, oreiller sale, plaque usé, rideaux de douche moisissures, rideaux véranda pas propre etc et j'en passe... décevant

L emplacement est idéal.on pose la voiture et on fait quasiment tout à pied. Pas eu besoin de clim,l air de la mer est suffisant..manque un lave linge et un petit renouvellement de literie..mais pour le prix..on ne va pas rechigner... Le seul gros bémol pas de réseau téléphonique...une box internet avec wifi serait souhaitable !!! Prêt pour repartir l année prochaine surtout s il y a du réseau !!!
