Grottenschlecht, nie wieder!
Die Unterkunft muß dringend modernisiert werden. Die Toillette war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, der Kühlschrank war und ist noch immer defekt, da die Gefrierfachklappe fehlt. Der Schrank war total vereist, er war erst nach stundenlangem Abtauen und Reinigung benutzbar. Defekte Steckdosen, defekte Deckenbeleuchtung und ein defekter Rolladen waren daher nur noch geringere Übel. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr dreckig, Töpfe und Geschirr klebten, die Schränke klebten ebenfalls. Die Reklamation der Mängel erwies sich ebenfalls als Mammutaufgabe. Am Sonntag über die Hotline des lokalen Verwalters gemeldet, wurde erst am Mittwoch nach nochmaligen schriftlichen und telefonischen Reklamationen reagiert. Die Toillette war dann endlich am Donnerstag repariert, der Kühlschrank ist noch immer defekt. Den Service kann man nur als äußerst mies bezeichnen.

Calme et paisible
Superbe marina au fort potentiel. L'intérieur est un peu vieillot avec quelques travaux de rafraichissement à prévoir. Ménage, très moyen à l'arrivée. Le solarium n'est pas du tout exploité, ni transat ni bbq, 40 m2 pour rien, quel dommage? Mais le lieu, la vue, le calme...Superbe! J'ai adoré. Merci.

Vernachlässigtes Appartement
Das Objekt befindet sich in guter Lage, hat nur leider nach den 70er Jahren offenbar immer weniger Zuwendung gefunden. Sanitäre Anlagen unzureichend und elektrische Versorgung sollte dringend überholt werden. Alles im allem wirklich ein eigentlich schönes aber dennoch sehr vernachlässigtes Appartement.

Un cadre idéal dans un logement malheureusement vi
Un appartement dépaysant dès lors que les baies vitrées sont ouvertes. Côté volumes rien à dire avec ces 2 chambres, son salon et une mini cuisine. Côté ambiance, nous remontons 30 ans en arrière ; à l'exception d'un canapé, d'un salon extérieur et des literies actualisés. Une terrasse au dernier étage qui malheureusement n'est pas mis en valeur : présenter comme un solarium, quelques bains de soleil auraient suffit.

Beaucoup de qualités
Excellent pour la vue sur la Marina, les deux terrasses, les équipements. Il y a l'essentiel pour un appartement de vacances. Petit bémol à notre goût comme nous étions en mai et que le logement est carrelé et qu'il n'y avait pas de chauffage il faisait très froid le soir et malgré les couvertures difficile de se réchauffer et de s'endormir ! un chauffage d'appoint pour chaque chambre hors période estivale serait sympathique pour nos petits pieds gelés. Hormis cela c'était parfait je recommande.
