Un cauchemard
Belle résidence d'une propreté irréprochable, proche de la plage et des commerces. Appartement soigné et confortable pour deux mais très bruyant. Nettoyage de la rue tous les matins à 6h,dimanche compris avec une machine au bruit infernal qui passe et repasse (pas de double vitrage) auquel s'ajoute le ramassage des poubelles et les personnes qui poussent des hurlements sur le boulevard une bonne partie de la nuit.

pas de titre
appartement clair et agréable. Toutefois le logement laissait à désirer au niveau propreté (cuvette WC sale) Vaisselle insuffisante et casseroles sales. Douche bouchée. Le chauffage n'a pas fonctionné le premier soir. Plaques chauffantes fonctionnent avec un minuteur: difficulté de règlage. En revanche Madame C. a fait le necessaire pour remédier au plus vite aux différents désagréments, avec réactivité et gentillesse ce qui a atténué les désagréments.

Convenable
Appartement correct, si ce n'est la baignoire qui était bouchée, obligée d'acheter du produit et malgré ça, difficile à s'écouler lors de la douche. De ce fait, la baignoire n'était pas très propre. Etat salle de bain, moyen. Il semble qu'il n'y ait pas de double vitrage car on entend très bien tous les bruits de la rue, dommage car literie très bien.
