The apartment's sauna and washroom were renovated in 2014. There have been pets until September 2019. The apartment has been renovated in October 2019 (bedroom cabinets and furniture remodeled), after which pets are no longer allowed. The kitchen and hallway cabinets have been remodeled in the summer of 2020.

If you don't book final cleaning and don't clean the apartment well, the caretaker will charge a double fee for cleaning.
