Large, cosy, comfortable residence "Platja de Roses", 2 storeys. 300 m from the centre of Roses, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers. Planted inner courtyard. In the house: WiFi. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bar, café 50 m, pub garden 15 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Figueres" 15 km, sandy beach "Roses" 20 m, diving center 3 km, swimming bay 3 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course 15 km, minigolf 60 m, sports centre 2 km, cycle lane 10 m. Nearby attractions: Parque acuático Aquabrava 1 km, Centro paracaidismo Skydive Empuriabrava 3 km, Cadaqués 15 km, Monasterio de Sant Pere de Rodes 17 km, Castillo de Peralada 15 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 17 km. Appartement ou il devrait avoir une climatisation .Le canapé en très mauvais état Le plan de travail de la cuisine devrais etre changé une chaise de cassé dans la piece de vie et une sur la terrasse .Le ménage était moyen . Dommage car l'appartement est très spacieux bien disposé agréable Prés de la plages du centre ville et des restaurants agréable vacances

Top, emplacement en face de la plage, restaurant à côté et petite supérette aussi! Plusieurs activités sur la côte, le seul petit « soucis » c’est que les disjoncteurs saute si on allume trop de chose mais ils suffit de relancer le disjoncteur et c’est bon
