Parking on the premises. Bus stop 80 m, railway station "St Vicenç de Calders" 1.6 km, sandy beach 75 m. Golf course 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. krassestes Beispiel: Spülmaschine gab Stromschläge ab Ansonsten noch Kleinigkeiten: Kohleauflage am Grill teils abgebrochen - Benutzung jedoch möglich Wasserkocher leckte WLAN Leistung teilweise schlecht Handtücher stanken nach Feuchtigkeit Haus hätte eine gründlichere Reinigung vertragen Beanstandungen wurden den (ansonsten netten Eigentümern mitgeteilt) – jedoch erst bei Rückgabe. Möglicherweise bessern sie nach. Fazit: Im Moment passt der nicht ganz günstige Preis zum Hauszustand

Maison vétuste
La maison est bien située, l extérieur est bien aménagé. Cependant, Les équipements sont insuffisants (couverts et ustensiles) voir défectueux, l aménagement intérieur est vétuste et pas très bien entretenu. Dommage qu il n y ait pas de climatisation et que la maison soit à proximité de la voie ferrée, les nuits sont parfois difficiles.
